  • Wetting Agents

    Süperkimya offers two types of wetting agents designed for different process requirements.

    Superwet ASL (Anionic Wetting Agent): An effective anionic wetting agent that provides excellent wetting and penetration in textile pretreatment and printing applications. Ideal for cotton and cellulosic fibers.

    Superwet BYB (Nonionic Wetting Agent): A versatile nonionic wetting agent with excellent stability in various pH ranges. Suitable for synthetic and blended fabrics, ensuring uniform wetting and smooth surface preparation.

    Oil Remover

    Süperkimya’s Oil Remover Series ensures complete elimination of oil, wax, and grease residues before printing or dyeing.

    Superclean OIL: Based on alkyl amine ethoxylate and EO-PO copolymers, it effectively removes lubricants and spinning oils from synthetic fibers and blends.

    Superclean POR: A specific oil remover formulated for deep cleaning of heavily contaminated fabrics, ensuring optimal dye uptake and surface cleanliness.

    Sequestering Agent

    Superse PAC

    Chemistry: Anionic Polyacrylate

    Characteristics: Foam-free, alkaline and salt durable, strong dispersing and sequestering performance across a wide pH range.

    Application: A high-efficiency sequestering agent developed for scouring and bleaching of cotton, terry towel, and polyester/cellulosic blends.

    Anti-Creasing Agent

    – Superse KRK Liquid

    Chemistry: Anionic–Nonionic Polyacrylate

    Characteristics: Polyacrylate-based, foamless, shear-stable, no retarding effect, high salt stability, resistant to acids and alkalis.

    Application: Creates a thin, uniform protective layer on fibers, reducing surface friction and rigidity to minimize creases during high-temperature wet processing.

    Stabilizer Agent

    Superse STB

    Chemistry: Anionic Polyacrylate

    Characteristics: Foam-free, alkaline and salt durable, with dispersing and stabilizing properties.

    Application: Acts as a complexing and stabilizing agent during peroxide bleaching and scouring.

    Levelling Agent

    Superwet BYB

    Chemistry: Anionic Polyester

    Characteristics: Dispersing agent, levelling agent, and special stripping agent.

    Application: Universally applicable levelling agent with high dispersing ability, improving color uniformity and accelerating dye dispersion.

    Antifoam Agent

    Superantifoam S10

    Chemistry: Anionic–Nonionic Silicone-based

    Characteristics: Silicone-based antifoam agent providing efficient foam control in dyeing baths and high-temperature processes.

    Application: Effective antifoam for use in dyeing and finishing operations, ensuring smooth and stable processing.

    Chemistry: Anionic–Nonionic Polyamide

    Characteristics: Polyester levelling and ecological carrier.

    Application: Universal ecological carrier suitable for fullard and exhaust dyeing processes, promoting uniform dye penetration and brightness.

    Acid Buffering Agent

    PES Tampon

    Chemistry: pH value: 1–2 buffer mixture

    Characteristics: Simple shading, faster dyeing, more dyestuff generation, even and regulated release of alkali.

    Application: Neutralization of pH change on the fabric during dyeing or finishing.

    Hydrophilic Silicones

    HS 1420

    Chemistry: Nonionic

    Characteristics: Hydrophilic silicone providing softness and moisture absorbency.

    Application: Universal hydrophilic silicone for finishing processes.

    Semi Silicones

    Supersil SMC

    Chemistry: Nonionic modified polysiloxane

    Characteristics: Semi-type silicone providing soft and smooth touch with balanced elasticity.

    Application: Universal semi-silicone for finishing processes.

    Micro Silicones

    Supersil MAR CONC

    Chemistry: Nonionic modified aminosiloxane

    Characteristics: Amino-functional micro emulsion giving silky softness and high durability.

    Application: Universal micro silicone for finishing processes; excellent softness and smooth surface effect.

    Macro Silicones

    Supersil MAR CONC

    Chemistry: Nonionic

    Characteristics: Imparts excellent softness, smooth surface finish, low yellowing, and durable press finish.

    Application: Ideal for all types of fabrics and garments; provides long-lasting softness and high exhaustion rate.

    Oil-Based Softener

    Supersil MAR CONC

    Chemistry: Weak cationic

    Characteristics: Suitable for super soft finishing of cotton, hemp, polyester, and nylon fabrics.

    Application: Can be used in one-dip or two-dip rolling processes; baking at 60°C or 130–180°C for 30 seconds provides superior softness and flexibility.

    Antistatic Agent

    Superstat TMS

    Chemistry: Cationic Polymer

    Characteristics: Prevents or reduces accumulation of static electricity on fabric surfaces.

    Application: Improves ionic nature, enhances moisture absorbency, and lowers friction resistance in synthetic fibers.

    Color Deepener Agent

    Super Dark

    Chemistry: Weak cationic

    Characteristics: Provides maximum color depth for disperse and sulfur black shades; increases depth up to 30–40%.

    Application: Ideal for achieving deep, uniform black finishes; minimizes uneven dyeing effects and enhances jet-black appearance.
